This is a rough itinerary, based on my current plans:

 

13th July 2007 - Arrive Montreal, Canada

19th July 2007 - Begin USA tour

(to include: Boston, NYC, Chicago, New Orleans and LA)

21st August 2007 - Fly to Sydney, Australia

(Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, West Coast, Adelaide)

Early Jan 2008 - Fly to New Zealand

28th February 2008 - Fly home
